Shipping policy

  • A  60% deposit is required to process the order.
  • Payment of the deposit signifies acceptance of the quote.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the description of items on the quotation/invoice is correct.
  • Full payment is required prior to delivery
  • Exchanges and refunds are only applicable under the following terms:
    • If the items delivered are different from the items described in the invoice/quotation
    • Setters is notified of such a difference within 7 days from the delivery date
  • Cancellations made later than 7 days of the deposit being made attract a handling fee equal to 30% of the invoice amount
  • A storage fee of R50 per item per week will be levied on orders not paid for within 1 week of notifying the client
